  Stayed home from work waiting for them to show up between 1-3 after 3pm my husband calls them upset asking what happened so they said they'd come between 4-6. At 5pm the guy leaves a voicemail that he's stuck in traffic so wasn't going to make it. We called the next day and the guy who came out identified what we needed and that's it didn't do anything else he we supposed to do to inspect. I asked for a quote for a huge and urgent job and days later they've never even gave me an estimate at all. Very disappointed

  Horrible customer service. No one calls me back and after they didn't complete the job as they said there policy states it had to be done they told me it was my fault the problem was back! The better business bureau will be getting contacted and anywhere I can leave a review or feed back I will give a low score it's been almost a year and and $1400 later I still have the problem and I will have to go through another company and pay more money to have it taken care of. I will never recommend this company for any service. Small family owned companies do a better job.
