  Lady we dealt with was very rude and was NOT a good example of what customer service should be, she was sassy and could of spared us her snide remarks. Very disappointed and will not return to this store. Should of listened to the people who warned me, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

  The in store staff is awesome! However, the customer service center has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude and do not listen to your questions. I paid $30 for 1 day air shipping and nowhere was it explained that I was going to be getting it three weeks after I ordered it!! Then they told me that they would not cancel my order for me. Not happy.

  Very rude red haired old lady. If u dislike your job that much or dealing with people leave your job!! I would never tell anyone to shop at your store!! Very very disappointed!!!
