  I will never go back here again. I received a pair of adidas superstars as a gift and tried them on for a few minutes. When I tried returning them because they were way too big, the workers refused to give a refund because the shoes were 'unsalvagable' because they had a slight toe crease. The workers let me try on a smaller size to exchange instead of returning the shoes. Instead of size 9.5 I exchanged for a size 8. After trying them on in the store they also got a toe crease which was the same size as the shoes that were 'unsalvagable'. The workers were rude and pushy the entire time. I kept telling them that each shoe that I tried on was too big and still hurt to walk. I exchanged for the size 8 shoe because it felt the best. I put them on after I left and the shoe is still way too big. It slides off when I walk and it's painful to wear. Also I am unable to exchange again because the bottom of the shoes are not white from walkin around which they are not allowed to sell. I am disappointed and still upset with the workers and the store. If you would like to avoid rude and pushy workers, I would suggest going to any store other than Footlocker.

  Neil is a super cool manager.Hes always kind and very respectful.Neil is hands down the greatest manager foot locker has had in a long time.Hes the reason I started shopping at foot locker again.great group of guys that work there at bay park square.
