  My husband and I are building our very first home and had no idea where to start with picking out flooring and shower materials. We worked with Brian at Carpet City, and it was a wonderful experience. He was warm, friendly, and very personable. Carpet City truly has the best customer service, selection, and prices. We are so happy with what we picked out and can't wait to show off their quality products in our new home. Highly recommend Carpet City to everyone!

  We first came to the Green Bay area about 18 years ago when we moved into a new construction house. We went to many different flooring stores looking for carpet, tile and hardwood, but we ended up getting everything from Carpet City. Yes the prices are very competitive and the quality is comparable to the other stores, but it is there customer services that keeps us coming back three houses later. Gene and his staff are more concerned about a happy customer then the actual sale. They go out of the way to make sure the flooring meets the needs of their customer. We have never had to question or worry about when and if the order will be delivered. "GREAT JOB" Carpet City!!!
