  Entered the empty store, walked up to the counter and the employees didn't even greet or say anything. Went in for a phone screen replacement. Came back an hour later to pick up my phone and it wasn't even finished being put back together. Had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for them to finish putting my phone together. Then after receiving my phone and upon arriving home I realized that one of the screws on the bottom of my phone was missing and was probably lost or left at the store when they were putting it back together. Also after taking my phone in I was no longer able to hear my phone ring anymore even with the volume on high. Poor service overall. Luckily the phone was already probably shot beforehand so I wasn't too upset about the service besides the poor customer service. Probably won't ever go back to this store again. I didn't have to pay for the service due to the phone not needing a screen replacement and it being a circuit board issue but still the overall service was poor regardless.
